Returns & Exchanges:

• Customer MUST contact us for Return or Exchange Approval.  Returns or Exchanges received without approval will not be refunded.
  
• If the light you receive is our mistake we will exchange or refund 100% of your purchase price plus shipping.
  
• We offer a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee on all lighting purchased and returned to us within within 30-Days of purchase. 
  
• All returned lighting at the customers request will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee except for Special Orders.
• SPECIAL ORDERS:  Special Orders, Copper & Brass light fixtures will be charged a 50% re-stocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance is highly recommended.
• Returned lighting that is damaged and uninsured will not be refunded.
• Returned lighting must be in new and uninstalled condition.

Discounts:

• Trade Discounts are given to qualified customers only.  Please contact us for details.
• We offer a 10% Customer Discount on all orders over $2500.00.
• FREE Freight on all orders over $4000.00.
  

Shipping & Sales Tax:

• We offer shipping by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and Truck Freight.
• Freight shipped to a residential address, the customer will be responsible for all related surcharges.
• We insure all items for the original purchase price.
• We ship to Canada & international.  Please contact us for international rates.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.R. & Canada will have additional shipping charges added after checkout if order is placed on-line.
• NOTE: Although some lighting web sites offer FREE SHIPPING, shipping is never free.  Rather, the cost of the item is inflated to make you think you are getting something you are not.  We strive to keep our shipping rates fair and accurate.  We are not in the business to make a profit on shipping.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

• Most lighting is in stock or manufactured within 5 business days of purchase.
• In-Stock & Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days of order.
• The majority of our customers receive their order within 7 to 10 days of purchase.
• Large & custom orders and out of stock items will normally ship in 10 - 15 business days.
  

Warranty: Limited 1 Year:

• All lighting related products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year. 
  
• The warranty does not cover improper installation or improper use of bulbs not rated for the light.
• Also note that some finishes are not warrantied for exterior locations and therefore are not covered under the warranty if installed outside.  
• If you have an item over 30 days, but less than one year from the time of purchase, please contact us for instructions.
